Print Grafix supplies offset printing consumables, machine spares, and pressroom supplies in India.

5. Orders, dispatch & delivery

Orders are processed after confirmation of specifications, commercial terms, and payment/credit terms as applicable. Dispatch timelines depend on stock, order size, customization, and logistics. We ship across India through logistics partners; delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control.

6. Returns & replacements

We stand by product quality. Claims for manufacturing defects, transit damage, or incorrect supply must be reported promptly with supporting details (invoice/order reference, photos, and description). Returns or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis after verification. Consumables that have been used, altered, or damaged due to improper handling/storage/installation may not be eligible for return.

7. Compatibility & technical information

Machine compatibility, part numbers, sizes, thicknesses, and application suitability can vary by press model, configuration, and operating conditions. You are responsible for confirming the correct specifications before ordering. Our team can assist with selection based on the information you share, but final confirmation of fitment/suitability rests with the customer unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
