Our Product

Fuses are the oldest protective devices in the electrical industry. Because of the advantageous features, fuses have been and are used in an extensive fields of applications – one of them is protection of semiconductor devices (diodes, thyristors, power transistors, GTO) in current and frequency converters. Semiconductor devices are being produced with high maximum continuous currents and peak inverse voltages. Unfortunately, that devices still have poor overload capacities and continue to need sensitive and fast-acting protection.

Fuse

A wide range of quality & sizes of creasing matrix is available with us. You can select the quality required as per the job requirement (Short Run , Medium Run or Long Run).
Our creasing Matrix have the following advantages :
1. Accurate locator – ensures perfect registration everytime.
2. Low profile chamfer – board flows freely over the matrix; board marking is reduced.
3. Fingerlift adhesive – backing paper easily and quickly removed.
4. High tolerance – extremely accurate channel depth and width.
5. New adhesive removes cleanly from the plate after use, will not move about during machine run.

Creasing Matrix

Print Grafix has a vast range of ejection rubbers all designed to do one thing: solve problems. Our unique profile shapes are carefully chosen to reduce required nicks, hold material firmly in place, and boost press speeds by up to 20%. This results in faster production speed.

Ejection Rubber

Underlay is manufactured to the same gauge tolerance as top blankets to ensure precise press settings. The absorbent fabric layer prevents sweating and helps to reduce cylinder corrosion. Underlay reduces the need for multiple packing sheets. These Underlay blankets come in 0.5mm & 1mm thickness & in Grey & black colour. We can supply in roll form as well as cut sheet form as per the customer requirement.

The blankets have been manufactured by using the latest technology & precision by our principle company in Europe. Rubber Blankets

Cutting sticks , are knife cushioning sticks used in cutting machines . Cutting Sticks are manufactured for use on all paper cutters & 3 knife trimmers. The cutting sticks are made to precision & with OEM specifications so as to fit perfectly in the machine. These cutting sticks are made with 100% Prime material which is compatible to knife & hence leads to longevity of knife life. It comes is various sizes & is manufactured with materials as follows :

Cutting Sticks & PU Rubber

Calibrated Underpacking sheets ensure the most accurate precision when the highest reliability is required of plate and printing blanket underpacking.We supply High quality and precision Underpacking sheet for plate and blanket cylinder holders for optimal pressure in printing presses. The underpacking sheets are colour coded to identify the thickness easily . Can be supplied in flat cut sheet as well as roll form.We can Supply in thickness ranging from 50 Micron to 500 Micron.

Polyester Underpacking Film

Varnishing plates are Polimeric plates for off-line varnishing for spot or flood coating.

Our anti-marking film & paper are good solution for perfect markless transfer of wet ink to transfer cylinders of sheet-fed presses. Uniform silicon beads based on the quality A/S polyester film and specially treated paper. Easy, accurate and quick set up. Dimensional stability and durability. Features & Benefits: Our anti-marking film & paper are products which features pure silicon beads bonded to a polyester backing or specially treated precision paper backing .
Our anti-marking film & paper provide an extremely effective solution to the problem of marking, which are coated with uniform, microscopic silicon glass beads. When fitted to transfer cylinders, it will replace other forms of anti-marking device. Easy, accurate and quick setting up. It performs dimensional stable and durable.
Usage Instructions:
Simply cut in transfer cylinders size, for example, 750 x 525 for SM72 or KORD, 1050 x 750 for SM102, and apply on the cylinder surface with self-adhesive tape (For Without Adhesive Film or Paper). For self adhesive film, it is with self-adhesive back treated, and you can just cut it in size and put on the cylinder.

Super Blue Cloth

The automatic blanket wash cloth are non woven cloth used in cleaning of blankets. These come in dry & pre impregnated form. The wash cloth supplied by us are FOGRA APPROVED & made in Italy. The pre impregnated wash cloth are manufactured under patented CMIS technology which gives superior cleaning as compared to other cleaning cloths.These wash cloth come in special aeternum packing which gives it better shelf life.

Automatic Blanket Cleaning Cloth

We supply a wide range of feeder suckers for printing , collators & packaging machines. Rubber Suckers are fitted to the suction stem on the feeder system.
The feeder suckers are Available in two styles:
• Shaped Rubber Suckers
• Flat Suckers
These are Produced to OEM specs with different variations available & Manufactured from natural rubber compounds.
These are Matched to hardness and colour of original specification along Chlorinated surface to improve grip. Flat suckers colour coded to indicate thickness All suckers are packed in multiples of 12.

Feeder Suckers

• Sheet separators control the position of the paper being fed into the press and are located near to the suction stem on the feeder system.
• Sheet smoother plate springs hold the paper in position when it is being transferred from the feeder system to the first gripper section.
• Rubber hoods are used on the Heidelberg GTO model at the end of the sheet separator spring.

Re-circulation Filter

Our Ink Duct Foils for "HEIDELBERG" with "CPC" are produced following perfectly the quality standard requested by the original press manufacturer. Our Ink Duct Foils for "HEIDELBERG" with "CPC" are produced following perfectly the quality standard requested by the original press manufacturer. Our INK DUCT FOILS are all cut to the exact size and shape in order to guarantee precise and long-term functioning. The special polyester used to manufacture them guarantees a very high chemical, thermal and mechanical resistance, which allows them to remain in perfect working order for long production cycles. Our "SUPERFOILS" are produced for the complete range of "HEIDELBERG" presses in the original thickness 0.19mm (190my). On request they are also available in the "MASTER" version with thickness 0.25mm (250my).

Ink Duct Foil

Colour coded self adhesive tape used under the wooden die forme to patch up the low points and thus create an even cutting surface.
Colours:
Blue: 40 microns (0.04mm) thick
Red: 60 microns (0.06mm) thick
Yellow: 80 microns (0.08mm) thick

Patch Up Tape

Handheld Matrix cutter with an accurate 45Â° mitred angle. This cutter can be used on all different widths of matrix base from 5-15mm with or without fingerlife tape.
- To unlock Matrix Cutter, flip the safety lock into the down position to open the jaws.
- To cut 45 degree angles, place the matrix against the guard and line up with the 45 mark on the face.
- Always keep the jaws locked down when the Matrix Cutter is not in use.
Warning: Inappropriate use may result in physical injuries or damage to property. Never leave the tool open, store it safely and keep it out of the reach of children. Use utmost caution when replacing the blade.

Hand Matrix Cutter

This bench mountable matrix cutter mitres both ends of the creasing matrix and is suitable for cutting all widths. It features an improved cutting tool, improved construction and excellent central positioning of the matrix for accurate and clean cutting of both strips and reel format to a 45 degree angle.This matrix cutting machine is a "punch" type cutting tool, all waste is ejected below the machine. An economical solution to matrix cutting in comparison to other cutting machines previously available.
